This was my second visit to this practice and was another terrific experience. The tech who did my intake (I'm sorry to have forgotten her name) was really kind and efficient and immediately put me at ease. Morgan arrived shortly after my vital signs were checked and initial history was taken. She was immediately warm and pleasant, with a great bedside manner. I was impressed with her review of my history, asking relevant questions, making sure to get the details right, offering some helpful suggestions and, doing something that I have missed from some recent providers, she actually made eye contact with me throughout the interaction. Morgan did a thorough physical and then discussed the plan. After a brief wait, she returned with all the paper work for my referrals and labs. I am very grateful to have found a practice with professional, kind and highly skilled providers!

Front desk service is a bit iffy (never looked up and failed to welcomed bisitirs) but don’t worry as soon as your name is called all gets immediately better - the medical assistants are cordial and prepare thoroughly for the scheduled consultation. The consultation with the PA is highly professional and thoughtful- even though the PAs are clearly very busy they neither rush the consultation nor forget to treat you like a whole person rather than simply as a particular ailment! The blood work station was really experienced (never felt the needle) I have been several times now and never felt a need to see a doctor or get a second opinion Get by the front desk and your visit is great!

On the whole, my experience with the entire Spring Valley team has been nothing been terrific. They have been responsive, professional, caring, and good listeners. And they've given me great medical advice. This week, I really needed help in a hurry, and Morgan was absolutely wonderful in all ways. I feel fortunate to have found this practice.

Caring, attentive and concerned care!

Kellie Loughran spent more time talking about her child than my medical concerns. She will also reprimand you for taking certain drugs (I've had to take for years) because she thinks too many drugs are bad. I'm 78, I need to take drugs to keep healthy. She is so anti-drug it makes me wonder if she's in the wrong profession.

It took me a really long time to find a new PCP, because nobody wants to take on more Medicare patients. Then I called Dr.Condrell's practice and I got an appointment. He was very thorough and took his time with me. So far I can only say that I was very impressed with his demeanor and knowledge. He also called in a visit to the Radiologist, they then called me to set up the appointment. This is definitely what I would all "Service". Thank you!

I was very pleased with my new patient history and physical with Morgan Shumate, NP. She was very personable, professional, confident, and knowledgeable. We discussed various options for managing some of my chronic conditions, and my input was considered. I felt supported and also welcomed into the practice and various aspects of care.

Michelle is fantastic. Like a typical male, I tend to rush everything, focusing on the goal. This is where Michelle steps in and "SLOWS MY ROLL" examines the situation in a multidisciplinary manner, and operates to reduce risk and extend lifespan. For example, although I have had tachycardia my whole life, she would not let me slide, and sent me to a cardiologist for an echocardiogram. Everything was fine, and my heart is pumping efficiently and is strong, but now I don't worry about the HR. Morgan went carefully over my symptoms and helped us figure out what was going on. She suggested 2 medications that should help relieve my lower back pain. I am doing as suggested and it seems to help. Hopefully it will continue to lessen the pain until I it is gone.

I had been having problems with my blood pressure medications prescribed by another doctor. I have seen dr Shumate twice on that issue and I am very grateful for her attention and care. Room for improvement on the check-in process, especially considering that I had completed the online check-in process at home the day before. Wait time to be brought to exam room was reasonable. Med tech was nondescript in taking vitals and history. Dr. Condrell is clearly the star of the show, patient and welcoming any and all questions. He even apologized for necessary elements of the exam that might have been uncomfortable- but were not. Forthcoming with information, collaborative, and measured, I’m so pleased to have found his practice.
