I’ve had the pleasure of being under the care of Elizabeth Lyford, PA, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She is incredibly patient, genuinely considerate, and takes the time to listen and understand concerns. Elizabeth is thorough in both diagnosis and treatment, and what really sets her apart is her commitment to ongoing wellness and preventative care. It’s clear she cares deeply about her patients’ long-term health and well-being, not just the issue at hand. I always feel heard, supported, and confident in the care I receive from her.

Very professional annual physical. Thx a lot

I went in for a routine blood draw and genetic test. Elizabeth had a good bedside manner, but, in retrospect, I feel like she wasn't fully listening to my concerns. I showed her a specific lab order from my gastroenterologist for a DNA test to help with a celiac diagnosis, and explained I’d been gluten-free for a year. She confirmed the test would be ordered. When I got my results, I realized the wrong celiac test had been ordered. Instead of the DNA test, Elizabeth ordered a celiac test designed for people still eating gluten in their diet, so it was completely useless in my situation. I contacted Elizabeth, and she said they'd try to add the correct test. The next day, I was told it couldn’t be done, and when I asked why the wrong test was ordered, the receptionist simply said, "I don't know," in between giggles. I’m back where I started and have to go get my blood redrawn, and the lack of professionalism and lack of accountability (insinuating there was “confusion” instead of simply admitting fault) left a very bad impression.

Morgan Shumate cares, she is careful with detail and gives good advice. I trust her opinión an in my experience, she has always been correct. I hope I can continue seeing her now that I’ve lost my primary care. Quite stressful

Ms Lyford was patient as I described my medical problem and drew out its manifestations for her. Her questions were incisive and her diagnosis itself gave me relief! Her prescribed medications seem to be working. I hope that she is available for future consultations as well as my upcoming yearly physical. Ms Lyford was very professional and most kind.

After waiting six months for an appointment with Dr. Condrell, I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. I was taken back to the exam room on time where the medical assistant performed a quick history. I then sat for an hour waiting for the doctor. At which time I left. If the doctor has no respect for my time, I have a deep concern if my health would ever be a priority. I will never know. Unsurprisingly, my existing prescriptions were entered incorrectly into their electronic database and sent to my pharmacy. I had to spend hours correcting this mistake.

Elizabeth is so knowledgeable and clear and precise and easy to understand. She answered all my questions in a way so accessible. I would recommend Elizabeth highly.

The tech who did my intake (I'm sorry to have forgotten her name) was really kind and efficient and immediately put me at ease. Morgan arrived shortly after my vital signs were checked and initial history was taken. She was immediately warm and pleasant, with a great bedside manner. I was impressed with her review of my history, asking relevant questions, making sure to get the details right, offering some helpful suggestions and, doing something that I have missed from some recent providers, she actually made eye contact with me throughout the interaction. Morgan did a thorough physical and then discussed the plan. After a brief wait, she returned with all the paper work for my referrals and labs. I am very grateful to have found a practice with professional, kind and highly skilled providers!

Front desk service is a bit iffy (never looked up and failed to welcomed bisitirs) but don’t worry as soon as your name is called all gets immediately better - the medical assistants are cordial and prepare thoroughly for the scheduled consultation. The consultation with the PA is highly professional and thoughtful- even though the PAs are clearly very busy they neither rush the consultation nor forget to treat you like a whole person rather than simply as a particular ailment! The blood work station was really experienced (never felt the needle) I have been several times now and never felt a need to see a doctor or get a second opinion Get by the front desk and your visit is great!

On the whole, my experience with the entire Spring Valley team has been nothing been terrific. They have been responsive, professional, caring, and good listeners. And they've given me great medical advice. This week, I really needed help in a hurry, and Morgan was absolutely wonderful in all ways. I feel fortunate to have found this practice.

Kellie Loughran spent more time talking about her child than my medical concerns. She will also reprimand you for taking certain drugs (I've had to take for years) because she thinks too many drugs are bad. I'm 78, I need to take drugs to keep healthy. She is so anti-drug it makes me wonder if she's in the wrong profession.

It took me a really long time to find a new PCP, because nobody wants to take on more Medicare patients. Then I called Dr.Condrell's practice and I got an appointment. He was very thorough and took his time with me. So far I can only say that I was very impressed with his demeanor and knowledge. He also called in a visit to the Radiologist, they then called me to set up the appointment. This is definitely what I would all "Service". Thank you!

Michelle is fantastic. Like a typical male, I tend to rush everything, focusing on the goal. This is where Michelle steps in and "SLOWS MY ROLL" examines the situation in a multidisciplinary manner, and operates to reduce risk and extend lifespan. For example, although I have had tachycardia my whole life, she would not let me slide, and sent me to a cardiologist for an echocardiogram. Everything was fine, and my heart is pumping efficiently and is strong, but now I don't worry about the HR.
